The industrial revolution has allowed the expansion of the industry through the production of large quantities at low prices, but has resulted a change in the nature of work because the new tasks require some efficiency and, from the beginning of the second half of the nineteenth century,Employers began to feel the social problems created by the industrial revolution
As a result, they were obliged to provide assistance to workers to resolve their situation and to the forefront of the problems that business owners and employers had to reconsider. For example, communication and media, for many years has been shortened and often absent between the top and the bottom and has sometimes lost its meaning, and even its functions, at the administrations highest level and enterprises.
As soon as these employers have discovered the crucial importance of communication and media in the development of work and the activation of the workforce and improving performance, then in controlling costs and profitability, they understood that communication was the secret of survival and life not only of human beings, but also a form of life for all living beings. it has had a variety of methods and incredible development in the latter stages of history, when it also takes on the astonishing role of the media, which has become a yardstick for measuring the level of civilization, progress, and effectiveness in various fields and any interference in its natural content inevitably leads to negative results in any place.
From there, the relationship between the good use of communication and the media and the application of the quality system in companies of any type, shape, size and position seems controversial. Studies and researches have shown that communication and media are a basic issue or rather a mechanism that every company must value to play its role if it wants to win the battle of quality by thinking and working to have competitiveness in a market where there is only quality, which ultimately ensures a good image of the company among its customers of all categories.
