The purpose of the study is to analyze the characteristics of good governance and its relationship to self development in the short term, as well as the ability to maintain it to achieve long-term sustainable economic development. Implementing the principles of good governance for self-development has proved to be a major challenge for countries as they require corporate transformation and corporate restructuring. Of course, this will not be a simple decision, but a continuous process that will require a long-term plan, shared and adopted by all in its implementation, to ensure its success. Conversely, companies with structures outside of society and unacceptable culture will be produced.
Topics to be studied:
- Create a database for research topics.
- Search for appropriate mechanisms to achieve sustainable self-development under good governance.
- Try to build a model of self-development.
- The adoption of total quality systems in all enterprises of Arab countries, whether governmental or private.
- Encourage initiatives, innovations and creativity among Arab youth.
- Apply the principles and requirements of governance in all enterprises of Arab countries , governmental and private.
